Well, the orange chicken was not good, it was great! I loved it so much! I tried to get my companion to try some but he would not. I was enjoying though. I love to make the home food; it’s the stuff that tastes the best. The same spice they use in the stuff to make it hot is the same spice that I use everyday to cook everything. It’s kind of a pepper that’s really small and red and really hot!
As for The Hales--I did talk to Sister Hale--she seems good and she is happy to be back with us. I will get the package you sent with them tomorrow! She and Elder Hale got sick the day they returned to Ghana—which was too bad!
There is really not that much going on this week. We did have a good turn out this week--3 investigators at church and then 3 new people came. The people are very good too, so we are going to teach them this week and see what we can do.
The blog is very cool. I like it a lot. All the stuff on it is pretty sweet. I got to look at all of it! If you look on the map of Ghana there is a town on the shore called Tema. I am just left of Tema--not even another dot away. So that’s kind of weird to see where I live on a map. I always just imagine Ghana looking just like America for some weird reason. Kind of funny on the blog--it has the exact date that I come home. It’s very funny, it even has the time!
I got my hair cut this week! The other Elders were saying what’s going on with your hair it’s too long because they are all from Africa and there is no way they can grow their hair, but mine just looked like a normal hair cut in America!
All my plants look sweet! There is one that is dieing though, I don’t know why. Maybe there are not enough minerals for that much plant or maybe the pot is just too small.
Well, it looks like I’m 56 percent done, I think I am going to head out and complete the rest! Love you all! Thanks for the emails and the letters. Next week.
Elder Jeremy Reid
