Elder Iweh and Elder Reid--MTC Companions

More Mates at the MTC in Tema, Ghana
Dear Family,
The plane ride was still pretty boring, but that's okay. I studied and read the booklet Josh made for me. I've never really written a letter before, so if it's bad you will have to tell me so I can try harder! There was another Elder flying with me besides Elder Horton, but he was going to Sierra Leone. Elder Horton will be in my mission and he is pretty cool, we talked at the airport, but now we are not sitting together. So far everything is great fun! The rest of the plane ride was good and long! When we got to the airport in Ghana, they let us out on the tarmac instead of at a terminal, that was weird! Next we drove to the MTC. We found out we have to learn a language called Twi (pronounced ch wee---with a "T" sound at first like tree)---ya, it's hard---but fun! My companion is great- I will try to send pictures if I have time. Oh ya, it's like 90 degrees here always and no A/C (air-conditioning). You always sweat but, its really nice---Dad would like it! Well, love you all tons.
Love,
Jeremy---Elder Reid
